Xenia has five years’ recruitment experience within the NSW property and construction market, with a proven track record across Quantity Surveying, Client-Side Project Management and Development Management.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Xenia brings strong market knowledge, an established industry network and a genuine focus on building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Xenia enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling whenever she gets the chance, particularly anywhere with a beach, and generally being outdoors.
