In this Bid Coordinator role, you will be working on Fit-Out Projects that range between $2m - $10m and be responsible for the following;
- Coordination/program management of the tender submission from start to finish.
- Adequately putting in the correct information in for tenders.
- Social procurement
- Liaising with the clients if there are RFI’s from estimating/construction delivery team.
- Following up on internal team in the company to get all the required information.
- Programming the tender and communicating it with internal stakeholders
- Ensuring the tender is presented in a professional manner
- Support the Bid Manager/Submissions Manager and Directors as required.
- Must have 2+ years of commercial Bid Coordinator experience
- Commercial Main Contractor experience
- Have a high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge or experience in using Microsoft Suite and InDesign
- Strong Communicator
- Highly organised diligent and reliable
- $80K-$100k package
- Leading Fit-Out builder
