About the Role:
As the Bid Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the tender and submissions process. Working closely with estimators, project managers and the leadership team, you will be responsible for preparing compelling, compliant, and deadline-driven bids that showcase the company’s strengths and ability to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end bid and tender submissions
- Liaise with internal teams and consultants to gather content, capability statements and project examples
- Format and produce visually engaging submissions, EOIs and proposals
- Maintain and update the bid library including CVs, project sheets, and company profiles
- Support marketing efforts such as capability statements and award submissions
- Track submission deadlines and tender portals, ensuring timely and high-quality output
- 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role within construction, architecture or engineering
- Strong InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with a strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- A proactive and collaborative attitude
- $100k - $130k package
