About the Role:
As the Bid Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the tender and submissions process within the company’s New Business team. Working closely with estimators, project managers, and the leadership team, you will be responsible for preparing compelling, compliant, and deadline-driven bids that showcase the company’s strengths and ability to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end bid and tender submissions
  • Liaise with internal teams and consultants to gather content, capability statements, and project examples
  • Format and produce visually engaging submissions, EOIs, and proposals
  • Maintain and update the bid library including CVs, project sheets, and company profiles
  • Support marketing efforts such as capability statements and award submissions
  • Track submission deadlines and tender portals, ensuring timely and high-quality output
  • Support BD activities as required — including client engagement, opportunity tracking, and relationship-building
  
What You’ll Bring:
  • 2–5+ years’ experience in a similar role within construction, architecture, or engineering
  • Strong Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with a strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude
  • Interest in Business Development is highly regarded but not essential
