About the Role
This is a dynamic Business Development role focused on strengthening relationships and identifying new investment and wholesale opportunities. Working closely with a high-performing sales and leadership team, you will play a key role in driving continued growth and expanding the company’s market presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining proactive relationships with investors, developers and key stakeholders
- Actively identifying and securing new investment and wholesale opportunities
- Increasing brand awareness and market presence
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to convert opportunities into projects
About You
- Experience in Business Development or Sales within residential, investment or commercial construction
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive, results-driven approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment
