Due to a strong pipeline of townhouse projects throughout Victoria, our client are seeking to bolster their team with 2X new Project Managers to deliver construction projects end-to-end, from planning and design through to tender and handover.

Working closely with the Construction and Operations teams, you’ll be accountable for program, cost, quality, safety and client outcomes across multiple projects.

This is a hands-on role suited to a commercially minded PM who enjoys leading teams, managing stakeholders and delivering high-quality outcomes in a structured yet collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion
  • Act as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
  • Lead project planning, design coordination, consultant engagement and authority approvals
  • Manage project programs, budgets, forecasts and margin performance
  • Drive variation, procurement and contract administration processes
  • Ensure compliance with NCC, ResCode, WHS and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Oversee quality assurance, risk management and site readiness
  • Lead and mentor Project Coordinators and Contract Administrators
  • Provide clear reporting on program, cost, risk and delivery performance
About You
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction (head contractor or client-side)
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and margins
  • Confident managing consultants, contractors and client relationships
  • Strong understanding of construction compliance, quality and WHS requirements
  • Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
  • A collaborative leader who values accountability and continuous improvement
