About the Group
This group specialize in delivering new build projects up to $80 mil in Victoria.  They predominately deliver projects for government and private schools, councils and government authorities.  They are looking for a Construction Manager that can manage half their project teams throughout the construction delivery phase. 

Responsibilities 
In this position you will report to the Directors of the company and be responsible for
- Managing budgets and forecasts of project teams 
- Managing construction programs
- Prepare and present monthly construction reports to the owners
- Assist with bid management around construction methodology and value management. 
- Assisting project teams with client and consultant management 
- Overseeing management of systems - EH&S, Quality, other company procedures 
- Resource Management of project delivery teams 


About You
You will ideally have a strong background in new build commercial projects in the delivery phase and ideally have worked on institutional projects. . It is essential you have the ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders to drive successful outcomes for the company
