Role & Responsibilities:
  • Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
  • Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
  • Supervision and Coordination of the relevant subcontractors
  • Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
  • Tracking of project expenditure against budget
  • Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting
Your Background: 
  • Must have 2+ years experience with a commercial builder as a Contract Administrator
  • Main Contractor experience is a must
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow
  • Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes
