Reporting into the Director you will be responsible for;
- Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
- Scheduling trades
- Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
- Estimating (sending quotes/pricing to trades, submitting tenders, proposals)
- Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
- Tracking of project expenditure against budget
- Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow, Permits and invoicing
- Using relevant software (Aconex)
- Must have 3+ years experience with a commercial or Fit-out builder
- Main Contractor experience
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Display the right attitude
- Strong with Administration
- Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes
- Ability to use Aconex and other construction software
- $90k - $130k package- Pro Rata
- Part Time role
- Flexible working from home arrangements
- Kew office location
