Reporting into the Project Manager you will be responsible for;
- Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
- Scheduling trades
- Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
- Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
- Tracking of project expenditure against budget
- Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting
- Ideally have 2+ years experience with a commercial main contractor as a Contract Administrator
- Main Contractor experience is a must
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Display the right attitude
- Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes
- Ability to work hard
- $90k - $150k package
- Excellent mentoring and gain valuable experience
