Our client is a well established private development group with a proven track record in large scale urban renewal and masterplanned developments. They are currently seeking a Development Manager to join their team working on the origination phase of a major built form mixed-use development.
The Role
Reporting to a Development Director and working alongside a high calibre team development team you will be involved in feasibility analysis, commercial negotiation, front-end design and masterplanning, authority liaison and extensive stakeholder engagement. This is a highly collaborative role.
About You
It is anticipated that successful candidates will have the following skillset & experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Property or related field
- Proven track record in residential development on the Eastern seaboard
- Exposure to origination will be highly regarded
- Strategic thinker with high level of commercial acumen
- Strong Project Management skills
