Our client is a private development group with a strong pipeline of luxury, design focused apartment and townhouse developments. This group are currently looking to appoint a Development Manager to assist in the front-end feasibility, design and town planning stages of high-end, luxury residential developments.
The Role
Reporting to the Development Director, this role will suit a proven Development Manager with strong design skills, who can take ownership for leading the front-end of the development lifecycle. This is a hands-on role that will suit candidates who have a passion for design and are comfortable working with consultants and purchasers to develop design concepts.
About You
It is anticipated that successful candidates will have the following skillset & experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Construction, Property or related field
- Proven experience in property development or design management of residential developments.
- Hands on approach to drive development outcomes.
- High level of commercial acumen
- Strong Project Management skills
