Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Production Draftsperson to join their collaborative and high-performing team. This role will suit a detail-oriented drafter with strong Revit capability and a solid understanding of residential construction documentation.
The Role
This role is responsible for producing accurate and detailed production documentation for a range of residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare production drawings and documentation using Revit
- Produce accurate construction documentation to a high standard
- Manage and complete variations and drawing amendments efficiently
- Liaise with internal departments, consultants and external stakeholders
- Ensure documentation complies with relevant building codes and regulations
- Maintain accuracy, quality and consistency across all project documentation
- Previous experience as a Production Draftsperson within residential construction
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Sound understanding of residential construction methods and detailing
- Strong knowledge of NCC, ResCode and Victorian building requirements
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a collaborative team environment
