Bluestone is partnered with a longstanding client in the custom building sector. This award winning builder has a fantastic reputation for delivering high quality builds across the South/East, Bayside & Mornington Peninsula.  

We are currently seeking a Development Estimator to join the business and work across multiple facets of the business including BOQ estimating, Price file management & purchasing. 

About the Role:
  • Ensuring Standard Specifications are consistently up to date
  • Assisting and supporting Estimators (Sales & Production) through training on processes and products
  • Liaising with the Construction Team to ensure options align with current methods and buildability
  • Responding to queries from across the business
  • Supporting the Development team with estimating and documentation tasks
The successful candidate will have: 
  • 2 years minimum in production, BOQ estimating or sales estimating
  • Experience within the residential construction sector
  • Excellent communication & written skills
  • High attention to detail
