About The Role
-    Capable of managing the tender process from start to finish
-    Must be able to measure effectively 
-    Be responsible for take offs and negotiating with subcontractors
-    Receive support from directors of the business
-    Develop relationships with clients and key stake-holders

Your Background
-     4-5+ years industry experience, in the commercial or ideally Industrial spaces
-     Main Contractor experience is a must
-     Understand current rates and costs in the commercial environment
-     Ability to communicate with sub-contractors and suppliers
-     Eye for detail with take-offs etc
-     Technical know-how to develop costings from various levels of documentation

You will receive
-     Exposure to a variety of projects to build your experience
-     Opportunity to work on your tenders autonomously
-     Salary up to $175,000 Package
-     Port Melbourne office location
