About the role
As a Site Supervisor you will manage critical day-to-day operations of the projects. You will work closely with all sub-contractors, and your site team to ensure your site is safe, your program is on track, and your project is of highest quality.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in high-spec, high-detail construction projects in Australia, preferably luxury residential apartments.
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
- Experience working in a Tier 2 main contractor or developer / builder is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in construction documentation (construction, program, quality, safety).
- Exceptional time management skills to oversee every aspect of the project without compromising site presence.
- Strong leadership skills, providing clear direction and support to the team to drive outstanding outcomes.
- Background in carpentry, offering a solid foundation for overseeing finishing trades.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Building Codes and Australian Standards.
- Proficiency in construction planning, ideally with MS Project.
- Experience delivering similar projects in Australia with project values over $30 million.
- Salary package up to $210k Package, depending on experience
