Bluestone is partnered with an established wholesale residential builder delivering quality homes across Victoria. This is a fast-paced role supporting the Sales team, clients and key stakeholders throughout the pre-construction process.

Working closely with Sales, Operations, Drafting and Leadership teams, you’ll help ensure a seamless client experience from contract through to permit approval.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate client updates throughout pre-construction stages
  • Manage weekly sales reporting, meeting minutes and finance updates
  • Liaise with selling partners regarding finance, deposits and title updates
  • Prepare and issue construction contracts via DocuSign
  • Support post-contract variations and after-sales enquiries
  • Assist with House & Land packages and sales administration
  • Coordinate fencing queries, refunds and stock list management
  • Support sales events, presentations and marketing activities
  • Maintain strong communication across all internal departments
About You
  • Previous experience in residential construction, real estate or customer service
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and proactive approach
