Working closely with Sales, Operations, Drafting and Leadership teams, you’ll help ensure a seamless client experience from contract through to permit approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate client updates throughout pre-construction stages
- Manage weekly sales reporting, meeting minutes and finance updates
- Liaise with selling partners regarding finance, deposits and title updates
- Prepare and issue construction contracts via DocuSign
- Support post-contract variations and after-sales enquiries
- Assist with House & Land packages and sales administration
- Coordinate fencing queries, refunds and stock list management
- Support sales events, presentations and marketing activities
- Maintain strong communication across all internal departments
- Previous experience in residential construction, real estate or customer service
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
