About the Group 
This group are one of Australia's leading Tier 2 Building companies and have a strong pipeline of commercial work for the next four years. This builder is known for their ability to successfully deliver complex commercial and apartment projects across Melbourne.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervision and Coordination of the relevant subcontractors
- Design Management & Coordination (structure, finishes and façade)
- Program Management
- Review shop drawings 
- Evaluation of trade specific variations, RFI's

About You
You must have worked for a Tier 1,2,3 builder in a Site Engineer, Project Engineer or Project Coordinator on commercial or apartment projects for 3+ years. Main Contractor experience is a must. Possess excellent communication skills and be able to problems solve issues that arise onsite.
