About the Group 
This group are one of Australia's leading Tier 1 builders and are known for delivering commercial office, apartment and retail projects up to $500 mil. The company partners closely with established private and listed property groups and have delivered some of Melbourne's most iconic projects over the last 20 years. They have a $250 mil mixed use project in the Inner City of Melbourne and need a Project Coordinator to join the company.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervision and Coordination of the relevant subcontractors
- Design Management & Coordination (structure, finishes and façade)
- Program Management
- Review shop drawings 
- Evaluation of trade specific variations, RFI's

About You
You will ideally have worked for a commercial/apartment builder as a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator. Previous experience working on Apartment projects will be looked upon favorably but not essential. You must possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively liaise with design consultants, sub-contractors, client and internal construction team.
