The role:
As Project Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of very high-end commercial fit outs. You will work closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and managing contracts, purchase orders, and variations
- Coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants
- Assisting with project scheduling and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Supporting client communications and documentation
- Experience in commercial construction or fit-outs, ideally in a CA or PC role within Australia or the UK
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive mindset and attention to detail
- Familiarity with construction contracts and project documentation
- The ability to work with multiple stakeholders on large projects
- A collaborative and innovative team culture
- Exposure to high-profile commercial fit-outs across Sydney
