The Role – Key Responsibilities
- Own full delivery of both projects: pre-design, design, construction, handover
- Lead all stakeholder communication with clients, consultants, authorities
- Drive HSEQ compliance and system standards site-wide
- Build/inspire project teams; manage resources and escalate to leadership
- Handle formal deliverables, milestones, reporting with precision
- Partner with Director, Site Manager, contractors for top-tier quality
- Proven Senior PM/Project Manager exp in high-end resi/Class 2 apartments (Aus market)
- Client-facing team player in diverse groups
- Passion for luxury construction with obsessive detail focus
- Multiple full-lifecycle projects delivered on time/budget
- A strong pipeline of current and future work
- Salary up to $250k package, dependant on experience
