About the Role:
Reporting to the business owner, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects from early works through to completion. You’ll be supported by an experienced team while being given genuine responsibility and autonomy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing commercial construction projects up to $10m
- Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- Overseeing program, cost control, quality and safety
- Managing contracts, variations and reporting
- Working closely with site teams to drive successful outcomes
- 2–7 years’ experience in commercial construction (CA or PM background)
- Exposure to social infrastructure projects highly regarded
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Relevant construction or project management qualification
- Work on purpose-driven social infrastructure projects
- Stable pipeline of work and long-term career progression
- Supportive, down-to-earth leadership team
- Mornington Peninsula–based role (with offices also in Melbourne)
- Competitive salary package approx $160k - $200k pending experience
