My client is a leading builder specializing in delivering high-quality projects in the commercial space. With a proven track record, they take pride in their commitment to excellence and innovation. Several exciting projects have been won across: Community infrastructure, Aged care & Education and now seeking a PM to oversee the delivery of one of them. Project value's up to $40 mil 

Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & timely execution of key milestones
- Implement budget & cost management measures
- Quality assurance & proactive risk management
- Team Leadership & effective client relationship management

Your Background:
10 years in commercial construction with a strong Contract Administration skill-set.
You will have been exposed to projects $15m in value.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. 
Someone who is knowledgeable, able to drive outcomes and problem solve effectively will do well in the role.
