The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a $20m school project.
You will be responsible for managing the project, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish, while maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end project management
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
- Managing programme, budget, and quality outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction
- Experience delivering commercial new build projects
- Ability to manage projects end to end.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
