The Role
You will take ownership of the project and lead the delivery team across all aspects of construction including:
- End-to-end project delivery from procurement through to handover
- Managing programme, cost, safety, and quality outcomes
- Coordination of subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders
- Driving construction methodology and sequencing across live or complex environments
- Financial management including forecasting, variations, and reporting
- Mentoring site and project staff throughout delivery
- Ensuring strong client communication and stakeholder management throughout the build
- Proven experience delivering commercial projects in the $15m–$40m range
- Shopping centre, retail, mixed-use, or large-scale commercial experience highly regarded
- Strong understanding of services coordination and programme management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
