This group specialize in commercial new build and fit-out projects up to $20 mil. They have strong relationships in the defense, school and government sector and been delivering projects in these sectors for over 15 years. They are looking for a Project Manager that can manage a new build school and defense project.
About the Role
Reporting to the Directors of the company you will be responsible for
- Management of two commercial projects.
- Management of project budget and cost reports.
- Client management and running PCG's.
- Management of site team and contract administrator.
- Design and consultant management.
You will ideally have experience working on commercial new build or fit-out projects in a Project Manager role or Senior Contract Administrator/Senior Project Coordinator role. You will have strong commercial and construction knowledge and be able to manage internal and external stakeholders on the projects
