This group specialize in commercial new build and complex fit-out/refurbishment projects up to $50 mil. They have strong relationships in the education, aviation and government sector and been delivering projects in these sectors for over 15 years. They are looking for a Project Manager that can manage a complex live environment refurbishment project in the Western Suburbs.
About the Role
Reporting to the Directors of the company you will be responsible for
- Management of project budget and cost reports.
- Client management and running PCG's.
- Management of site team and contract administrator.
- Design and consultant management.
You will ideally have experience working on commercial new build or fit-out/refurbishment projects in a Project Manager role or Senior Contract Administrator/Senior Project Coordinator role. You will have strong commercial and construction knowledge and be able to manage internal and external stakeholders on the projects. Previous experience working on projects in live environments will be looked upon favorably
