About the Role:
-    Oversee the project team on a multi level residential project worth $15m
-    Quality contract administrators, site managers and guidance from business owners
-    Oversee budgets, forecasting and programming
-    Play a key role in the front end with design etc
-    Key point of communication with the client 

Your Background:
-    Strong experience in overseeing commercial or residential projects valued at $10m+
-    Ability to manage a project from a programme and cost perspective
-    Communicate effectively with architects, suppliers and clients
-    Solution driven attitude
-    Ideally have basement experience

You will receive:
-    $180k - $200k package, depending on experience
