The Role:
- Lead and deliver commercial fit out projects up to $5m across Melbourne.
- Oversee planning, programming, subcontractor management, and day-to-day delivery.
- Manage budgets, contracts, variations, and reporting to ensure profitable outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong client, architect, and consultant relationships.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality and safety.
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction, with at least 2+ years in fit out projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities.
- Strong commercial acumen and contract administration experience.
- Confident communicator and proactive problem solver.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding spaces and exceeding client expectations.
- Deliver diverse projects across office, retail, and hospitality up to $5m.
