Opportunity for a Project Manager to join a growing fit-out contractor delivering high-end commercial office projects across Sydney CBD and North Sydney. With a strong pipeline and an excellent reputation in the market, this role offers exposure to complex, large-scale fit-out projects.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering commercial fit-out projects end-to-end, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role is well suited to an up-and-coming Project Manager ready to step into larger projects, or an experienced PM seeking a strong pipeline of work.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end delivery of commercial fit-out projects
- Managing programme, budget, quality, and risk
- Coordinating consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Overseeing project documentation, reporting, and scheduling
- Ensuring WHS compliance across all site activities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects valued at $5M+
- Strong understanding of construction processes and the Sydney market
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage projects autonomously
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, or similar
