Our client is a global fashion retailer who are well established in Australia and continue to grow. Their existing store network is performing well and they have clear remit to expand their store network. This group are looking to appoint a Development Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their network growth.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of Property, this role is responsible for developing and executing the network growth plan. With a national focus you will:
- Develop the strategy for network growth
- Identify A grade locations for the brand
- Effectively manage lease negotiation
- Explore expansion opportunities for existing stores
- Build strong relationship with landlords, agents and consultants
About You
We would love to speak to candidates with the following skillset & experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Property, Legal or a related discipline
- Excellent knowledge of retail property, particularly network growth and lease negotiation
- Ability to build relationships at all levels with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen and commercial mindset
- Experience working in fashion retail will be highly regarded.
