The Role
- Prepare site costings and support Sales Consultants
- Play a key role in supporting the Sales Team
- Provide costings for client upgrades and colour selections
- Manage and price variations accurately
- Ensure precise pricing at all stages of the sales process
- Some experience in a Sales Estimating or construction-related role
- Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven
- Understanding of residential construction workflow stages
- Knowledge of the Victorian residential construction market
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical approach
- Diploma of Building or equivalent tertiary qualification advantageous
