Bluestone Recruitment has partnered with an established and highly regarded residential developer & builder to appoint an ambitious Sales Manager to lead the growth of a newly established retail homes division.

This is a rare opportunity for an emerging sales leader ready to take the next step in their career — combining hands-on selling with the chance to build, mentor and scale a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
Backed by an established business with strong operational capability, pipeline and brand presence, this role offers the autonomy and support to create something significant within the Victorian new homes market.

This is a genuine build-and-grow opportunity where you will play a key role in shaping the future sales function of the business.

Responsibilities include:
  • Driving new home sales across the retail/display network
  • Recruiting, mentoring and leading a growing sales team
  • Developing sales processes, structure and performance standards
  • Working closely with senior leadership to shape sales strategy and growth plans
  • Building strong customer and industry relationships
  • Leading by example through your own sales activity and results
  • Assisting in the rollout and growth of the display home network
  • Creating a high-performance, positive and customer-focused sales 
You may currently be:
  • A Senior New Home Sales Consultant looking for your first leadership role, or
  • An established Sales Manager seeking a genuine growth platform with autonomy and long-term opportunity
You will bring:
  • Proven experience within the residential home building industry
  • Strong retail/display home sales capability
  • Natural leadership skills with the ability to mentor and influence others
  • High levels of drive, energy and commercial acumen
  • The ability to work autonomously and build structure in a growing environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
