About the Project
The project is a multi-storey aged care facility featuring high-quality finishes, complex services, and a strong focus on resident wellbeing. You’ll be working with an established builder known for delivering premium healthcare and aged care projects.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of the project, including:
- Full contract administration from procurement through to final accounts
- Letting and managing subcontract packages
- Progress claims, variations, and cost reporting
- Cash flow forecasting and budget control
- Subcontractor and consultant coordination
- Assisting with program, risk, and compliance management
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator,
- Experience delivering mid-to-large scale construction projects (aged care, healthcare, apartments, or commercial preferred)
- Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
- Work on a high-profile $35m aged care project in a prime Brighton location
