This group specialize in delivering new build and complex fit-out refurb projects up to $70 mil in Victoria. They have long standing relationships with private development and government groups and have grown steadily over the last five years to now turnover $120 mil per year. They are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to join their company due to an increase of projects.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for
- Preparing scopes of work for all sub-contracts
- Selection of all sub-contractors and procurement
- Administration of the sub and head contracts
- Preparing monthly cost reports for the directors of the company
- Manage and prepare all variations
- Management of progress claims on the project
You will ideally have worked for a commercial builder as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator. You will have experience working on complex commercial projects and possess strong written and communication skills.
