Highly respected Tier 3 Builder are looking for an Estimator to join a close knit team working on projects from $5 mil - $25 mil. 

About The Role
-    Capable of managing the tender process from start to finish
-    Be responsible for take offs and negotiating with subcontractors
-    Receive support from directors of the business
-    Develop relationships with clients and key stake-holders

Your Background
-     5+ years industry experience, ideally in the commercial space
-     Understand current rates in the commercial environment
-     Ability to communicate with sub-contractors and suppliers
-     Eye for detail with take-offs etc
-     Have a good attitude and be a team player 

You will receive
-     Exposure to a variety of projects to build your experience
-     Ability to run your own tenders how you want to
-     Salary up to $260k Package
