About the Group 
This group are one of Australia's leading Tier 1 Building companies and have a strong pipeline of commercial work for the next three years. They are currently delivering a $200 mil mixed use project in the CBD that will go for the next two years with a high-profile development client. This builder is known for their ability to successfully deliver complex commercial and mixed use projects and been in operation for over 30 years. 

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervision and Coordination of the relevant subcontractors
- Design Management & Coordination (structure and finishes)
- Program Management
- Review shop drawings 
- Evaluation of trade specific variations, RFI's
- Management of junior coordinators

About You
You will ideally have worked for a Tier 1 or 2 builder in a Project Engineer or Project Coordinator role on commercial or apartment projects. You will be able to lead and drive the structure and be the most experienced coordinator on the project.
