The Role:
- Lead key packages across structure, services and finishes on projects in excess of $100m
- Drive programme, subcontractor coordination and design resolution
- Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure delivery across safety, quality, time and cost
- Mentor site and project engineers and contribute to a high-performing site team
- Interface with consultants, client-side stakeholders and subcontractors on complex technical elements
- Senior Project Engineers with experience delivering similar large projects for a Tier 1 or leading Tier 2 builder
- Proven background across projects in the $100M+ range, ideally within commercial, health, education or complex mixed-use sectors
- Strong technical capability across structure, services and finishes, with the ability to manage challenging buildability and staging requirements
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders and drive outcomes on site
- Work on large, interesting and technically challenging, yet rewarding projects
