This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering landmark townhouse and medium-density residential projects across Victoria, working closely with senior leadership, suppliers, and project delivery teams.
You will take ownership of the full tender process, from initial pricing through to project handover, on high-quality developments with a strong pipeline of upcoming work.
The Opportunity
- Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of competitive tenders and project estimates
- Review drawings, specifications, scopes, procurement requirements, and subcontractor packages
- Manage pricing negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare accurate cost plans, BOQs, and tender documentation
- Oversee successful handover of awarded projects to the Construction and Project Management teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve estimating systems and processes
- Minimum 3–5+ years’ experience in a Senior Estimator / Cost Planning role within residential construction
- Strong background delivering medium-density, townhouse, apartment, or semi-commercial projects
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts confidently
- Strong trade and supplier network across the Victorian market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with strong commercial acumen
- Experience using estimating software and Excel-based systems
