My client is a builder based on Sydney's upper North shore who predominately deliver Luxury Home and boutique apartment projects on Sydney's northern beaches up to value of $20M. They have recently secured a $10M high home build on the North Shore which the successful hire will join from inception. The owner comes from a top tier background and prides his business on delivering one of projects of the highest quality for his clients as a result they are in demand to undertake work.
As a business they don't look to overcommit on the work they undertake and enjoy a positive culture where they work with clients and sub-contractors for mutual benefit along with this, they offer employees flexibility and a good work life balance.
About the role:
- Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish
- Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes on a high end project
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
- Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date
Your Background:
- Experience with site managing high end apartments or homes.
- 5 years as a site manager/foreman
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme
You will Receive:
