About the Company

This family-owned builder is well known for delivering new build and refurb projects up to $20 mil. 

They work with repeat clients across the education, commercial and social infrastructure sectors and have an excellent reputation with clients and sub-contractors alike. With a solid pipeline of current and upcoming projects they are looking for a Site Manager to join the business for upcoming works. 

As Site Manager you will be responsible for delivering some of the businesses major projects along with mentoring and developing more junior employees.

Key accountabilities will include:

* Supervise and manage the project through to completion
* Regular project reporting on time, cost and quality
* Work closely with subcontractors to drive programme
* Build positive relationships with all external stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.
* Provide exceptional customer service through the handover and defects phase
* Manage WH&S requirements for each project under the relevant legislation and company systems

About You

* Experience within the commercial space - completing projects over $10 mil 
* Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment
* Have proven experience in completing multiple jobs start to finish 
* Experience working within the Australian construction market 
*  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ideally come from a trade background 
* Experience in delivering new build jobs
