My client is a family-owned builder based on Sydney's North shore who predominately deliver new build and renovations on Luxury Home and boutique apartment projects on Sydney's northern beaches up to value of $40M. They have recently secured a $30M Renovation of 2 x penthouse apartments in Sydney CBD and are looking for a Site Manager to deliver this ultra-high-end project. This is a once in a lifetime project which will be one to tell people about in 10 years time!

About the role:
- Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish
- Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes on a high end project
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
- Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date

Your Background:
- Experience with site managing high end apartments or homes.
- 5 years as a site manager/foreman
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme
