About the Group 
This group specialise in commercial and industrial projects ranging from $7 mil - $25 mil. They work with listed and corporate commercial and industrial developers and continue to win projects with repeat clients. They are looking for a Site Manager for a $13 mil industrial/mixed use project in the South East Suburbs. 

About the Role
Reporting to a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the construction program and ensuring that key milestones are met. You will supervise all onsite activity and ensure all company safety standards are met. You will work through any design and constructability issues with design consultants and the Project Manager and be responsible for QA. 

About You
To be considered for this role you will ideally have new build commercial experience and have excellent stakeholder management skills. Candidates that are currently in Foreman roles working on new build projects will be considered for this role that are ready to become a Site Manager
