About the Group
This group have been developing and building commercial and apartment projects for over 30 years and have a significant commercial portfolio across Victoria. They hold onto the majority of their developments and there is a major focus on delivering high quality assets. They need a Site Manager for a $30 mil mixed use commercial project in Ringwood, which consists of a basement plus four levels.
About the Role
Reporting to a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the construction program and ensuring that key milestones are met. You will supervise all onsite activity and ensure all company safety standards are met. You will work through any design and constructability issues with design consultants and the Project Manager. You will also manage a Foreman, Leading Hand and OH&S labourer.
About You
To be considered for this role you will ideally have new build commercial experience and have excellent stakeholder management skills. You will ideally have delivered a project from start to finish and ideally have tower crane experience.
