My client are currently one of Sydney's busiest builders with a growing reputation for delivering outstanding projects in the Class two residential space. They specializing in boutique and high-rise developments in some of Sydney's most expensive suburbs. Known for working with a number of well regarded developers they deliver projects up to $100M. 

Due to a growing pipeline of works they are looking for a Site Manager to join the business to deliver a new project worth $35M in either the North Shore or Cities east.  

About the role:

-Oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and foster a strong safety culture on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to address any issues and keep the project on track.
- Manage site documentation, including daily logs, safety records, and material orders

Your Background:

- Experience with site managing class two residential projects upwards of $20M
- 5-10 years as a site manager/foreman
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme
