Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and trades.
- Manage program, quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Liaise closely with local council, client representatives, and community groups.
- Coordinate staging works to minimise disruption and maintain safety standards.
- Drive project delivery to time, budget, and quality targets.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in high end residential or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and deliver projects successfully.
