Seeking an experienced Site Manager with an understanding of Contract Administration to take the lead on a $5 million childcare center in Mulgrave. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established commercial builder known for delivering quality projects across education, childcare, and community sectors.

The Project:
  • $5m childcare center
  • New build with suspended slab
  • On site mid-late July
This is a hybrid position, ideal for someone who enjoys being across both the on-site delivery and administrative functions of a project.


Role and Responsibilities:
  • Manage all on-site activity including subcontractors, program, safety, and quality
  • Coordinate and track variations, RFIs, EOT's etc
  • Liaise with consultants and the client
  • Maintain a focus on timelines and quality
  • Report directly to a Project Manager based off-site
You Will Bring:
  • Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or Contracts Administrator/ Project Manager role.
  • Proven experience delivering similar size projects ($3m–$6m)
  • Understanding of commercial new builds with concrete structures
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to run a site autonomously and drive outcomes
