The Project:
- $5m childcare center
- New build with suspended slab
- On site mid-late July
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activity including subcontractors, program, safety, and quality
- Coordinate and track variations, RFIs, EOT's etc
- Liaise with consultants and the client
- Maintain a focus on timelines and quality
- Report directly to a Project Manager based off-site
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in a Site Manager or Contracts Administrator/ Project Manager role.
- Proven experience delivering similar size projects ($3m–$6m)
- Understanding of commercial new builds with concrete structures
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to run a site autonomously and drive outcomes
