The Project:
You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of a new school facility, coordinating trades, programme, safety, quality and day-to-day site operations from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Full site management and supervision of all on-site activities
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries
- Driving the construction programme and meeting key milestones
- Ensuring high standards of workmanship
- Managing site safety, compliance and toolbox talks
- Working closely with the Project Manager and stakeholders
- Resolving issues quickly and keeping the site running smoothly
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial builds (education experience highly regarded)
- Strong leadership and trade coordination skills
- Solid understanding of OH&S and site compliance
- Ability to manage timelines, quality and subcontractor performance
- Confident communicator who takes ownership and drives outcomes
- Lead a $4m school build in Preston
- Supportive builder with a professional team and systems
- Up to $160k package based on experience
