The Role:
You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Project values range up to $18m, spanning commercial fit outs, refurbishments, and selected new build works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractor management
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to specification
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and stakeholders effectively
- Maintain strong quality control and compliance standards
- Drive a positive and productive site culture
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in fit out and refurbishment projects
- Exposure to, or interest in, new build construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and tight timelines
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Projects up to $18m across diverse sectors
