The Project:
- $7m food processing facility
- Cold storage areas and temperature-controlled environments
- Installation of chillers and specialised services
- Full build lifecycle from groundworks through to handover
As Site Manager, you will take full ownership of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all on-site activities and subcontractors
- Driving program and coordinating trades effectively
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Liaising with project managers, consultants, and clients
- Overseeing services coordination, particularly mechanical/cold storage elements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial builds
- Experience with food processing, cold storage, or services-heavy projects highly regarded
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage tight programs and multiple trades
- Solid understanding of WHS and site compliance
